This Portland Food Map is an illustrated guide to some of my favorite food and drink spots in Portland. It is built as a map that’s more about appetite and discovery than wayfinding. Instead of centering streets and navigation, the composition spotlights the restaurants themselves. The “experience-first” mapping became a strong example for a workshop I taught on map-making.
